Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will result in a loss/charge of 50% of the booking value or one nights stay (whichever is greater). Cancellation outside of 14 days of arrival will result in a fee of $35 per unit/site cancelled.

Cancellation of group bookings (3 units/sites or more) within 28 days of arrival will result in a loss/charge of 50% of the booking value or one nights stay (whichever is greater). Cancellation outside of 28 days of arrival will result in a fee of $35 per unit/site cancelled.

Amendments to bookings may be made at Managements discretion, before the non-refundable cancellation date. If an amendment results in the shortening of a stay or a reduction in guest numbers, it may be treated as a cancellation.

For bookings made after 1st April 2022, the standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings irrespective of Covid 19.
